Layne is the creative force behind Emerald — and the heartbeat of everything we do. With a background in healthcare and business, she built Emerald with one mission: to create a luxury experience that still feels personal. Layne’s focus is on blending medical precision with warmth and connection, so every patient feels seen, heard, and celebrated.

When she’s not at the office, you’ll find her exploring Northwest Arkansas with her family, sipping Onyx Coffee, or dreaming up new ways to elevate the patient experience and bridge beauty with wellness.

Dr. Tony Meloy — Medical Director

As Emerald’s medical director, Dr. Tony ensures every treatment meets the highest standard of safety and precision. With extensive experience in both medicine and aesthetics, he brings a steady hand and a wealth of knowledge to our practice.

Patients appreciate his approachable demeanor and his passion for quality care. Together, Tony and Layne have built a practice where science and artistry work hand in hand.

Audrey — Injector

Lexi — Esthetician

Lexi has earned a loyal following for her ability to completely transform skin- and confidence through her facials, SkinPen treatments, dermaplaning and skincare education. Leigha is our go-to for all things laser- from BBL and MOXI to hair removal. Her precision, attention to detail, and obsession with safety make her a patient favorite. She’s known for helping clients achieve smooth, even-toned skin while educating them on the process every step of the way. Her favorite part? Watching confidence come back with every session.

Brenda — Front Office Coordinator

Brittany is the first smile you see when you walk through our doors — and she sets the tone for everything that follows. She keeps schedules flowing, answers every question with grace, and ensures every visit feels smooth and stress-free. Her organization and genuine care make her the glue that holds our front-of-house magic together.
