A cancellation or rescheduling request must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment time. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling, depending on availability.

No-shows may be subject to a full charge for the scheduled service.

3. Payments & Refunds

Payment for services is due at the time of the appointment unless otherwise agreed upon.

We accept credit/debit cards, cash, and other approved payment methods.

All sales of services and treatments are final. Refunds are not available for completed services. However, we may offer credit for future services under specific circumstances.

Product returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase if the item is unopened and unused. Store credit may be issued at our discretion.
