DR TONY MELOY

Dr. Tony grew up in Melbourne Beach, FL where after high school he served four years in the army. He obtained his bachelors and masters at the University of Central Florida. After working as a fireman, he decided to attend medical school at St. Matthew’s University. He accepted a residency position at UAMS (2014-2017) where he met Layne, his lovely wife. He has since been serving the Northwest Arkansas Community as a Family Medicine Physician with the NW Health System. Dr. Tony is passionate about building personal relationships with his patients and is excited to share his expertise with you.

LAYNE MELOY

Layne has been a registered nurse since 2012. She grew up in Southwest Missouri and earned her associates degree from Crowder College. After Crowder, she transferred to the University of Arkansas and earned her Bachelor’s degree of Science in Nursing. She spent most of her career working in labor and delivery and women’s post-surgical recovery. Layne’s passion for working with women has easily transferred into the aesthetics industry. She believes that feeling confident and beautiful is an important part of your overall health. Layne prides herself in continuing her education in all things aesthetics. It’s Layne’s mission to help you be your best self!

NICOLe LEE

Nicole has been a registered nurse since 2010. She grew up in Searcy, AR and earned her BSN at the University of Central Arkansas. She has spent most of her career working in labor and delivery and post-surgical recovery as a charge nurse and house supervisor. Nicole has taken all her experience caring for women and focused it on assisting others to achieve their optimal health. She is passionate about helping people be the best version of themselves by customizing your infusions and injections based on your lifestyle and personal needs.

Audrey Bartnicke

Audrey is a highly skilled Registered Nurse Injector at Emerald Aesthetics, located in Rogers, Arkansas. She graduated from the University of Arkansas with a Bachelors of Science in Nursing, and has since developed a strong passion for all things aesthetics.

With her background in nursing and her love for aesthetic medicine, Audrey has found the perfect balance in her career. She combines her clinical expertise with her artistic eye to provide her patients with the best and safest care possible.

Audrey is dedicated to staying up-to-date on the latest techniques and technologies in the field of aesthetic medicine, and is constantly expanding her knowledge and skills through ongoing education and training. Her commitment to excellence has earned her a reputation as a trusted and skilled practitioner, and she takes great pride in helping her patients achieve their desired results.

Audrey approaches each patient with a personalized and compassionate approach, taking the time to listen to their concerns and goals. She believes that everyone deserves to feel confident and beautiful in their own skin, and she works to help her patients achieve just that.

Leigha wesley

Leigha has always had a love of learning and helping others. In 2005, She received a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Henderson State University. She later continued her education and obtained a Masters of Arts in Teaching degree and taught in the public school system for 11 years.

In 2016, she decided to use her love of education in a different way and transitioned into the beauty & esthetic industry.

In that time, she became a licensed permanent cosmetic artist and esthetician. She is trained in dermaplaning, waxing, medical grade chemical peels, microneedling, lash lifts/tints, multiple laser treatments, permanent cosmetics and many other esthetic treatments.

She is a ZO Master Skin Health Expert and trained with Dr. Zein Obagi in 2022. She enjoys teaching her clients about the importance of skin health and helping them reach their skincare goals in a safe and effective way.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends, family, and her two pup children, Piper & Cooper.

Brittany is an experienced office manager with 8 years of expertise, specializing in the healthcare industry. I hold a bachelor’s degree in business with a focus on healthcare administration, which has guided my entire professional journey within the healthcare field.

On the personal side, I’ve been happily married for 3 years and we have two dogs, Stella and Hank. When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends.

Abby Rudolph, APRN, FNP-BC, is a dedicated and compassionate healthcare provider with over a decade of experience in the medical field. Having called Fayetteville, Arkansas, home for the past 12 years, Abbi and her husband, Rob, have grown their family from two to six, embracing the vibrant community of Northwest Arkansas.

Abbi’s professional journey includes an impressive range of expertise, from working in a cardiac ICU and a heart failure clinic as a heart and lung transplant coordinator to roles in primary care, family practice, and now as a provider at Emerald Direct Health. Her commitment to patient care is rooted in a deep belief that caring for others is her life’s purpose.

Nathan Seldomridge is one of our social media manager here at Emerald Aesthetics located in Rogers, Arkansas. After graduating high school, Nathan studied business at Northwest Arkansas Community College. During this time, Nathan took on several leadership roles particularly with his role as a competitive dance coach at Bakstage Dance Company.

While fairly new to the field, Nathan is dedicated to the process of showcasing the unique environment Emerald offers for their patients. Nathan has always had an interest in both marketing and aesthetics leading him to unite his creative passion for both wellness and design in his work here at Emerald. 

Jessica Banks

Jessica has been in the medical field for 10 years now. She graduated from the University of Arkansas 2015 and holds a bachelor’s degree in science for both nursing and health education. She has spent most of her career in critical care, but her dream was always do be an aesthetic nurse injector. Jessica is extremely passionate about all things wellness, and beauty. Education and continual training is a huge priority for her to ensure safety as well as the best possible results. There is no doubt, when you feel good about yourself, a higher self esteem follows. She promises to listen and understand each individual’s needs and goals, allowing her to give a personalized experience to everyone.
